safety first is safety always
“Nothing is of greater importance than the conservation of human life.”
On March 15, 2022, at exactly 3 o’clock in the afternoon, the school conducted a Fire Drill headed by the SDRRM Coordinator, Mr. Romnick Capilitan and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) officers of Malibay Fire Station in Pasay City.
After the drill, the fire officers explained the purpose of this activity, which is to prepare all the teachers, learners and school staffs with the knowledge they need to do to quickly make their way to safety in the event of an emergency situation.
Fire safety drills are of critical importance as it helps to access how quickly students and teachers can evacuate from the school premises, test emergency evacuation plans, remind students of the location of emergency routes and assembly points, and to remind students of the sound of fire alarms.
It is best to avoid any unnecessary risks and to act so that everyone stays safe.
